BEWARE OF EARLY SEXUAL GROOMING OF TEENAGERS Dr. Ritu Gautam & Abhijit Chanda “ 2.4 million online child sexual abuse case from India in 2017 ” stated by CID and West Bengal Commission for Protection of Child Rights (WBCPCR), where 80% of children out of 2.4  lakh who are sexually abused are girls. Cyber-grooming is the process where someone (often an adult) befriends a child online and builds an emotional connection with future intention of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation or trafficking.
