ALARMING SITUATION     IN DIGITAL BANKING SYSTEM?

       “Banks in India are loosing Rs.88553 every hour to Cyber-Crime
Sometimes the people  facing difficulty to differentiate between “RB1” and “RBI or similar changes made by fraudsters in phising e-mails or SMSes sent in the name of  bank and they caught up in this fishery net.
Thus everyone should pay huge attention while receiving such SMS, e-mails and calls by take some precautions:
➢ Visit bank twice in month for checking of your account details. 
➢ Never share your banking User Id, Password or OTP (One Time Password) with anyone. No bank official will ever call you for these details.
➢ Never share your Debit Card/ Credit Card Number or the numbers displayed at their back with anyone as you may end up losing money and be held responsible at the same time.
➢ Share the fraud SMS information with family, friends, relatives and on social media like Whatsappfacebook.
As far as from legal aspects some laws such as Section 66B, 66C, 66D, 43(c) &43(d),72,71 for Cyber frauds in Information and Technology Act ,2000 and Section 420, Section 463 to Section 471 of  Indian Penal Code.
Thus, if any person is a victim of fraud file a F.I.R nearby police station and online complaint on Cyber Crime Cell Online Transactions Frauds andhttps://www.cybercrime.gov.in.
